Samples are step one, not a detour. Most of our projects begin here — with a sample order, a reply from us, and a conversation about your space. There’s no faster path to a finished project than holding the real tile in your hands.
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Every tile is custom made to order. We strongly recommend ordering samples before committing to any project. Mosaic samples are handmade to order and take approximately 2 weeks to produce before dispatch.

Test in your actual space
Hold the sample under your light, against your walls and floors, at different times of day. Handmade glaze changes with light in ways a screen cannot show. This step protects your project.

All tile is made to order. Production takes 3–8 weeks depending on type, plus 5–10 days air freight. Start with samples now and place your full order as soon as you’re certain.
