Hand painted Moroccan tile – 17118
Hand-painted Moroccan tile, design 17118 — an art form born in 13th-century Granada and Seville and carried across the strait to Morocco. Each tile is decorated freehand by a studio artisan using stencil hand-painting, never silk-screened, so no two pieces are ever identical.
A small, storied accent for bathroom wainscoting, kitchen backsplashes, stair risers, and wall niches. Supplied loose in 4″×4″ or 6″×6″. Quoted per piece.
Zellige de Fès Certified. Handmade in Morocco.
