Hand-cut and glazed to order in our own Fez workshop — nothing is mass-produced or shelf-stock. Typical lead time 4–6 weeks. Quoted per square foot; we recommend ordering a sample first.

- Colour — any shade from our full zellige palette, or send a reference and we'll match a custom colour.
- Scale & format — hand-cut from 2″ zellij tiles and supplied as interlocking panels. All mosaic patterns are assembled in sizes from 8″×8″ up to 18″×18″ depending on the design.
- Pattern & layout — an all-over field, a framed panel, a waterline, or a border/liner around doors, windows and niches.
- Custom fitting — Full-height custom-fitted assemblies ship as interlocking panels up to 48″ — you install them like a puzzle, grout, and finish. Assembled to your exact area dimensions, with cut-outs for fixtures, corners and openings. We supply an installation diagram.

All sales are final — orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
